  1. I think they wanted like $80 or 90 for it. Thats why I came home and went directly to ebay, but I couldnt find it there or even anywhere else online.
  2. Hi everybody, I just have a question about a maxfli putter that I tried at Dicks Sporting Goods yesterday. Its a Maxfli C3 #6 putter (I know I know, a lot of guys are gonna read Maxfli and skip right over this. Trust me, I was shocked by this putter.) Has anyone else tested it or know anything about it? I cant find information on it anywhere let alone a place to buy it online.
  3. I just got the A7's. I tested the A4's at Dicks as well and I felt like they were slightly less forgiving. Im a much better swimmer than I am a golfer, so i leaned more towards the A7's. Despite my frequent crappy shots, the A7's have performed really well up to now (Ive had them for a few months). If anything, I think I just want to replace the grips on them, but thats personal preference. By the way, if you want a good deal, look for a reputable seller on ebay. I picked mine up for around $260 shipped brand new.
  4. Nobody plays A7s?
  5. I was just wondering if there were any guys on here who gamed these? Thoughts/opinions?
  6. A 3-leaf clover (3 dots) around the number, normally in orange just to stand out
  7. While the taylormade and callaway clubs are nice, I have been an Adams user from the start and I love my Tight Lies GT. Picked it up on ebay for around $30 and it never fails from the tee, fairway or rough. Yea, its not expensive and fancy, but it works and thats all that matters. It wont be leaving my bag for a long time.
  8. Ive had the black iridium polarized lenses for about 3 years and they work great.
  9. Titleist Virginia Tech hat
  10. What is the difference between the MX 23 and the MX 25 irons. Pros? Cons?
  11. Ive been playing for a few years with a starter set and I feel like its time to upgrade to some better irons. My distance is fine with them but im not satisfied with the feel and accuracy. While I am definately not a great golfer, I think these irons are holding me back from better scores. I believe I should still stick with cavity backs, but with all of the iron sets out on the market, I have no idea where to start. If you could suggest a set that is still decently forgiving but better than a starter set and not rediculously expensive (I would like to keep it less than or around $400) that would be great. Im not good enough yet to worry about working the ball, I just want a forgiving, more accurate set than I have. Ive been looking at sets like the Mizuno MX 25, Taylormade RAC OS2, Callaway X-18 and a few others. Any help would be great. Thanks!
  12. Ok, Ive been looking for a new set of irons and ive limited my choices down to 2. Im looking for a rather forgiving set that will help out a high-handicapper. Between the Callaway fusion wide soles and the nike slingshots, which ones are better?
  13. Im not completely new to golf. I have been playing for about 4 or 5 months now. I normally hit around 50 for 9 and 110 for 18. I bought a complete set from dicks sporting goods and im not completely satisfied with those irons. I was looking for a cheap clone set that would give me more forgiveness and help.
  14. I am looking for a new set of irons and I am a bit overwhelmed. I know i want cavity-backs, but other than that, i am stumped. I was looking at some of the clones on turbopowerusa.com since i am a student and i cant spend too much on them. Considering i am still new to golf i need something that is rather forgiving and will help build my confidence. I know im still gonna have bad days, but i want something that will help me out here and there. Any suggestions on which ones i should get?
  15. Im gonna have to go with tiger.
  16. Heres mine: http://www.chambersburgcountryclub.org/
  17. Im a lifeguard at the country club.
