hi all, my maxfli's are looking a bit damaged now, but they've served me well! so im currently looking to buy some new irons (blades) either... cleveland gc1 (chrome) titleist 695mb mizuno mp-33 which would you say is best?

i watched some of coverage earlier, was nice to see daly hanging on in there and going for the greens on the par 4 with driver! hes got some balls! tiger is in a league of his own, i wathced his front 9 and saw his magical 7 iron that he hit to a about 2 feet. but i still think that Els is yet to peek in this tournament, so watch out for him on the weekend.

i had nightmare on the course yesterday! Started off shooting a +4 40 on the front nine, i was pleased with 5 pars anyway (holed some nice 10 footers and swinging well).. after a short break and something to eat we started the back nine and what can i say, my game completely fell apart! standing on the 10th tee it felt like id never hit a shot before in my life and my (usually reliable) swing had deserted me, i was scoring bogeys all over the place and came in with a 50 carding only 1 par. so 90 for the day, so dissapointing... but i was pleased with my play on the front nine

its got to be tiger, hes an inspiration to all golfers and a model professional. every aspect of his game is flawless, swing/course management/mentality. For me tiger carries the sport of golf on his own. Brilliant.

i play with maxfli revolution (black dot) irons and they are sweet! i like them because i get a nice crisp strike and can maneuver the ball like im using blades, they do give some forgiveness as cavity back irons do tho. so i think iv got the best of both. my next set of irons will be blades. better looking, better maneuverability (draw/fade) and accuracy. (in my opinion!)

i have too many! 1. always use a brand new ball before i start 2. i never take my glove off during a round 3. i always wear a white glove, never black! urgh! 4. i cannot play without wearing a cap 5. always take 3 practice swings at least (more routine than superstition though) i cant think of the rest, i like this thread! some interesting ones on here.
