You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. When and where have you ever been to HotStix? They only have 4 locations, none of which are in the state you live in. HotStix is by far the best fitter out there. If they were bad at fitting, Tour Pros wouldnt get their clubs built there.

Price Range????
-
What are your brothers handicap and price range? Are you looking for just a set of irons?
-
Release the death grip you most likely have on the club. With proper grip pressure, your hands will turn over properly just from the weight of the club. Hold the club like you are holding an egg..... and maintain that same pressure throughout your swing.

Unless you are very, very well off..... you dont have that kind of money. But is this what you are talking about???? If so.... Fullswing Golf makes a great simulator, and they are a steal at around $60,000.00. You can pick one up off E-bay used for $15,000.00 http://www.fullswinggolf.com/

Launch monitor room??? Not sure what you are asking, but launch monitors are pieces of equipment that start at around 2 G's. If you really want to buy one.... here you go. http://www.golfsmith.com/products/247511

Take a look at this picture. Forget about where it says Push and Pull. Try hitting the ball along the yellow line. You are currently most likely bringing the club down on the red line. Hope it helps some

36 cap....280-340???? Something there doesnt compute. Anyhow....you may roll em out to 300-320, but the big hitters on tour carry the ball that far. There is a huge difference.....and that difference is the height they can get with low spin rates due to their incredible swing speeds.
-
There are some shops out there that like to "juice" their monitor reports. Guess it helps them sell more clubs.
-
High is good. I dont remember where I read it, but PGA Tour players drives get 90+ feet in the air. The longer its in the air, the farther it can travel....just have to watch your spin rates and ball speed.

Have you hit the epic???? I too play Blueboard, and when I hit the Epic it felt like a $3 shaft. I like Grafalloy, but I am not sold on the Epic at all.
-
Sorry to tell ya, but that site is incorrect. Go right to the manufacturer if you want to know something about their product. http://www.mitsubishirayongolf.com/p...md=dia〈=en All you have to do is look at the specs for each shaft and that should answer any questions you may have.

The Whiteboard is not a higher launching shaft than the Blueboard. Not sure what website you are looking at, but if you are talking about kickpoint, a high kickpoint=low launch. If you are looking for something with a higher launch and like the Diamana series, I would go with the Redboard. Check golf shops near you. Someone has to have a fitting cart that allows you to change out shafts and try them with different heads. I know Callaway and Cleveland both offer these fitting carts, but you would probably have a better chance finding the Callaway one. Check their website for locations near you, or just call all the golf shops in your area.

This game we all love has rules. Play by them. ALL OF THEM. Especially in competition. Next comes the foot wedges and mullys.

You can have a USGA handicap with as little as 5 rounds, but like I said, the number means nothing until you have at least 20 rounds under your belt. But yes, it does take the average of your best 10 rounds out of your last 20.
-
I have hit the Whtieboard in the HiBore XL, and its a great combo. It is an extremely tip stiff shaft, so if you have issues hitting the ball in the air, it would not be the shaft for you. I would have to say that less than 5% of golfers would actually benefit from using the Whiteboard.
-
Fiji..... someone that has only played golf twice cant have a handicap. not enough qualifying rounds. Like 18 short.... to have a real cap anyway. I guess you can get a cap in as little as 5 rounds, but the number means nothing until you have at least 20 rounds under your belt.
-
Strength alone doesnt make 300yd drives. Muscle only increases backspin on shots. The technique necessary to pull off what you are saying takes alot of practice. Not sure where you are playing, but I know alot of the country is dry and fast right now...... so those 300yd drives are more likely 250 with good roll. I could be wrong, but 300 is a number that some PGA tour players cant reach.

In a perfect world, you want to bring the clubhead back until it is parallel with your target line at the top of your backswing. Alot of people dont have the flexibility, so I would tell you to take the club back to where it is comfortable. Keeping your left arm close to your chest and a flat left wrist at the top of your backswing will keep you on plane without buying any training aides.
-
You can have it shafted with the face a degree open to the spine, but you might want to consider shafting it square and dealing with the directional issues by changing the weight configuration..... unless you are dead set on having a 1 degree open driver.
-
I guess it was a bad diagram. I am talking about 4-5 o'clock on the ball. The diagram was just to show you direction in relation to how you setup to the ball. Think of the ball as the clock face. You would be facing 12 and 9 would be straight down your target line. If you had a perfectly square swing path, you would strike the ball at 3 o'clock. Hitting the ball between 4 and 5 o'clock would give you the inside to out swing path that you need to solve your slicing issue. You are most likely contacting the ball between 1 and 2 o'clock. Let me know if this gives you a better understanding.
-
As others have stated, you are most likely coming over the top on your downswing, leading to your outside in path. Chances are you arent squaring the face either. Hit the range, and when you set up, focus on hitting the ball on the inside back part...... between 4 and 5 o' clock if 12 were the way your body was facing. ---------------12---------------- 9

GIR is real easy. Par 3-On in one Par 4-On in two Par 5- On in three Doesnt matter how far away you are!!!!
-
Straight.....bent..... it doesnt matter. There is no one correct golf swing. All the ball knows is impact. As long as you are getting to a good impact position, use whatever feels comfortable and gives you the most consistent swing.
