I have gone to the range to hit a 1 iron and I went home crying. It was incredibly hard. I am starting to get efficient at the 3 iron and I am not so good with the 2 but I have a hybrid for that. I still carry the 3 iron for punch situations and like I said I am preety confident in hitting it off the ground. Since you wrote the post I guess I will go try the 1 iron again. Whats the worst that could happen? I might come home with a battered soul but I will at least confirm the saying "Not even God could hit a 1 iron!"

Since I am part of the younger generation i am going to say Tiger. He has the greatest impact on and OFF the course. I think that you have to have both to be the greatest.

This is probably not the most broken rule but you see a lot of golfers breaking hazard rules.... i.e. grounding your club or raking the sand with your feet befroe the shot. A lot of people dont even know they are in a hazard and that can lead to several broken rules.

Italy vs. France. Maby not the teams that we wanted but both of these teams should provide one hell of a game. I am going for the france. they are coming in with the most confidence beating portugal and brazil. go france!

I guess the first thing that I am going to talk about is the Mexico vs. Argentina. That was the best game in the World Cup so far. Mexico got out to a early lead just to be caught up in the fourth minuet by Argentina with a equalizer. Then came some of the best soccer in the World Cup. Both teams went back and forth trying to get a lead with some great attacks but both defences held tight. The came the big blow by Argentina. In the first Overtime period Argentinas Maxi Rodriguez recieved a pass in the air and calmy chested it in the air to himself and struck a volley and tucked it away in the far post corner. Being a Mexico fan like I am it is hard to admit this but that was one of the best shots from that position I have ever seen. Im not saying that it was luck but I will say that if you put any body else in that game situation with the same left foot shot and they wont make 3 out of 10. It was a very impressive shot and heartbreak for me to watch. Both of those teams faught for 120 minuets and I am tipping my hat to Argentina. They played well and made plays when they had to. Another great thing about the game is that the referee did not destroy the game. He let the players play. I have been reading the papers from Mexico and most of then say that the loss has left Mexico wondering where do we go from here. But I think that the game has proven that Mexico can play with anybody and they just need a few breaks to win. I wish that I could tell you more but I cant translate what they all say and my dad is not here to help. TRI BUENO DE EL DE TRABAJO QUE USTED JUGO BEIN!!!!!!

not trying to be mean or anything but if this game was about who deserves to win or not then it would be a totally different game. today in the Brazil vs. Austrailia match, brazils keeper dida dropped a ball and it fell to a australian player and with no keeper and no defender around to help, the australian player shot from about 6 yards away with nothing in front of him but the face of the goal. He missed. Now if the game was about fairness then the player would have scored. Dida did not deserve to come away without any harm. I think that is what makes the game great.

Yes I know. They were terrible. I dont think that the two red cards that were givin were not right. The first one for the US was a hard tackle but I dont think it was worth a red card. I would not have givin a red card. The only thing that I would have done is givin the yellow and talked to the player. The ref were card crazy.

Wow the games today were great. I am dissapointed in the Mexico tie with Angola but I must give credit to the Angola team they came ready to play. Exciting day in soccer. First lets start with the Dutch vs. Cote de ivore. This was a had fought game. I was very impressed with the Dutch. They had bad parts but a good overall performance. It was interesting when the Dutch took out Ruud van guy . The only way I can think of as to why they did that is for defence. At any rate it was a hard fought game. Credit for Cote de ivore for never giving up. The Argentina vs. Serbia and Montengero can only be described as Domination. That was amazing.

Yes I know him. He is somewhat of a ledgend in Mexico for not only coaching the Mexican soccer Club de Futbol America but it is what he has done for the sport of soccer through the world. He is known very well in Mexico. Huphtur....... I hated playing the Johan guy. He was scary for the other team.
