Problem with getting shoulders turned back to 90°

I had the same problem. I had a lesson and was told as long as you get your left shoulder(right handed) behind the ball on your turn you are in good shape. I have been doing stretches to increase my flexibility. and my old body is starting to loosen up. -

I replace my spikes probable every two months, which is not enough. I buy them at WalMart, I think they are Spiders. I miss the metal spike days, except for slipping on concrete.

I currently have a Datrek 14 divider bag. I thought the dividers would protect my clubs better than a 5-7 compartment bag, and it might. I find the 14 dividers to be a pain in the butt. What kind of cart bag to you have and do you like it?

While playing today, my friends, or so called friends, undid the cart strap to my bag. My bag fell off on the concrete path and scratched/chipped/dented my driver. It's the excuse I was looking for to shop for a new driver. Lesson learned, put the headcover on after every hit.

I used my pitching wedge the most. -
I play much better by myself. Less distractions which leads to better concentration.
