Yeah. I miss the 'Old' David Duval........ Who was #1 player in the world. Who knows, maybe next year he will start making cuts.
-
Hell, why not? Anything can happen in golf. Like: 1991 PGA and 2003 British Open and 2003 PGA championship. And so many others.
-
Jason Gore can beat those guys. He beat them all at the 84 Lumber and Beat them for all 3 rounds of the US Open. and some at the final round too.
-
Great Point. But, it's still a very hard task to do so. on Any given Sunday, there will be someone who plays their round of their life..... and beat 'em.
-
He won't win any. I see Jason Gore winning the US Open. I see Chris DiMarco winning the Masters. I see Erine Els winning the PGA Championship. I see Vijay Singh winning the British Open. I don't see any Grand Slam happening ever again. Only Bobby Jones did that, and will only be the golfer who did that.

Titleist will always be the #1 ball in golf....... I am sorry to say, but, I just cannot see Nike overtaking Titleist as the Ball King.
-
The Best was Jim Colbert?!?!
-
The Best Woman's golfer is: Kathy Wentworth. 88 wins speaks for themelsves. Annika might top that......... Then maker her the greatest women gofer of all time.
-
Ben Hogan, without a doubt. Nowdays: Ernie Els.
-
I'd go with the one and only Bobby Jones.
-
I agree. Plus, the clubs were a heck of alot different. Ben Hogan for sure. Annika won't be able to beat Jack Nickalus if they were to match.
-
Pretty hard to pick. Yet Monty has won in Europe so many times......... Seven Time Order of Merit Champion says a-lot.
-
Yeah. Jim Furyk is still the man to beat in the Singles. now he's 7-0-1.
-
WE DID IT! THANKS TO CHRIS DIMARCO!!!!!!!!!

I am pulling for a Sunday Comeback. We win 10 points on Sunday. You willl see. Of Course, I could be wrong. But, We seem to do better in the singles.

Imagine this: 2005 Presidents Cup.

Anything is Possible, Erik. It would be hard, yes. But it can be done..... -
IF he can't play.... Go with Zach Johnson. He can get the job done.
-
We, Team USA, is down 12 to 2 1/2 points. Then, Come Sunday. We start exploding. Beating EVERYONE........ Scoring ALL 12 Points. Beating the Rest of the World: 14 and a half to 12. That would ASTONISHING! IF, that were to happen, it would be bigger than Brookline of '99 Ryder Cup. One Never Knows, though. I would LOVE TO SEE THAT.... Both Days........ we only score 2 points and a half. Then, uh, On Sunday, it all heck breaks loose..... We start out killing Vijay Singh and Retief Goosen.... It would be beyond belief. But, That's not likely. ONE NEVER KNOWS............. IT MIGHT JUST HAPPEN....... After all, I can think of bigger upsets in sports. Still, 1999 Ryder Cup was the best ever. Down 10-6..... The Rest is history.... As When Justin Leonard made that 36 foot putt........ Ahh, I love major combacks!
