  1. Big fan of Titleist - but very disappointed with the D2 driver after the joy of the 905R so went for the Burner TP with 3 wood. That said though, I cant wait to hit the new D9 Titleist driver - am hoping the new one comes in a "go long and straight" version!
  2. Five pairs - not quite Imelda but.... Adidas Tour 360 II (awesome), Nike SP 6 (awful)- both white, and a Footjoy collection which are great - DryJoy PRO's - white and brown saddle and black, and a new pair of white DryJoy PODS. All my golf is walking - no carts - so shoes dont last a long time - especially where I have to go to look for my ball!!
  3. Love my Scotty Newport 2 - every now and then I use the RedX centre shaft mallet just to remind me how much I like the Newport 2!!!
  4. Pro v1x - try something different - love it for a round and then the next time its just not "right" so back to the v1x I go. The only one that lasted more than a few rounds was the B330. Interesting that they won the law suit against Titleist for the patent infringement - must be something in the similarities?.....
  5. The ball spin put the putt under the hole rather than the slippery downhill putts that he may well have had. Tiger just missed 4 - 5 putts inside 6 feet that normally you'd put your house on. Immelman stood up under pressure - good on him. How many second places in majors is that now for Tiger? Is he chasing Jack's 19 or so there too? Bring on the US Open and Torrey Pines.
  6. Vokey SM's 54.12 and 60.08 - perfect for the sandbelts and tight lies of Australian courses! Tried Cleveland CG10 - 2 dot - pretty ordinary campared to the Titleists.
  7. Pymble Golf Club - Sydney Australia www.pymblegolf.com.au/welcome/index.mhtml A picturesque parklands layout ( with far too many left to right holes for a player with a draw...)
  8. I work in advertising in Sydney, Australia. Fortunately a large number of clients prefer a round of golf (at one of many of Australia's fantastic courses) rather than a long alcohol fuelled lunch!
