  2. I would have voted for Ben Crenshaw's putter. "Little Ben".
  3. While you are at it, check out his new book How Champions Think. There is good stuff in there
  4. I Always Could Appreciate a Secret
  5. Why was the fairway jumping around while Matsuyama and Casey were hitting. Looked like camera was moving around but computer stabilized image of the golfers. (Not just me seeing it. Others here saw it also )
  6. Ok. Just extended. Money sent. Thanks guys
  7. 1943 steel penny. It will stick to the magnetic clip deely-bob that clips on hat or comes as part of some caps. Good conversation piece.
  8. Agreed. And to clarify, "bring your checkbook" is quite true. Most who visit buy a house that same week. Sales force is totally no pressure as place sells itself.
  9. Check out thevillages.com and golfthevillages.com I have played 15 straight days of golf until the rain today. Drove my golf cart to every round.
  10. Thanks. That's what I was looking for. I looked all over the site and never did find it. Thanks again.
  11. The Cure putter advertises a user adjustable lie. A look at the putter shows that it in fact is moveable and can in fact become left handed. I see set screws in the bottom but removal is not enough to allow movement. I am trying to find if their is something else that needs to be done or am I just not being forceful enough.
  12. Does anyone have the instructions on how to change the lie angle on a Cure putter Rx1?
  13. Pros: soft feeling low spinning ball reasonably priced Cons: nothing really I was given a dozen of these balls to play and test out.. I have played these for over 6-7 rounds now and have shot some good scores for me (Mid-70-s). As such, I kept the same ball for a few days. I saw no degradation of the ball or performance. And.. being a generous type, I passed out balls to my regular partners and asked them what they thought. I would not tell them what level ball they were (entry level, cheap, premium, etc etc). Everyone really like them and thought they were getting more distance with less "deviation" i.e slicing.. They noticed they did not get as much spin around the green and all commented at the soft feel off the putter. Everyone had something different to say about the putting softness.. Some liked it, some thought they could never putt with something so soft, and most thought they could get used to it... Me... I really liked the ball and thought it a good ball for the price and given the price point below the premium Titleist and Bridgestones.. I am not at a level where the difference between these and the next level are worth the difference. The one nice thing is that these are available in yellow unlike Titleist ProVs. Normally I find it easy to find something to write in reviews such as this but this has me a bit stumped. This ball is basically virtually a premium ball that is softer than the norm, spins somewhat less and has a different feel off the putter face and irons. It is cheaper than the premiums but still not a bargain ball.. I will definitely play this ball as it has no real downside for me. Of the softer balls that are quite the thing these days, this is the one I would pick. Pick up a dozen and give them a try.. You might just find a perfect fit..
  14. I am crazy as shit.
  15. Looks like Natalie was in top money winners category. http://www.lpga.com/~/media/96c266549af74d57911e100c9660b1e0/2014%20lpga%20priority%20list%207%2021%202014.pdf
  16. My guess is Paige got an injury pass from the last time she was exempt. Now that she has had her surgery she probably has 2015 to requalify or it will be back to Q school for her. I have looked for list of already exempt players and why but have not found it. When I do I will post
  17. Am I the only one who would like to see the Tour experiment with allowing caddies to use range finders, etc for a tournament to see if it would speed things up. I think with all the walking off of distances etc they get within a yard anyway. Why not allow them to get the distance quickly and get on with it. I don't see that any advantage would be gained by the range finder user.
  18. Outstanding... Sent from my iPhone
  19. I plan on trying the Arcoos system. They will give you $100 off I you send them your GG unit (I have 2 as one went in the drink with me but that's another story). I prefer a laser over a watch based GPS for two reasons. First, the laser distance is the actual distance and 2) none of the watches come with bands that are large enough for my wrists. I have found that the lasering not only is a calming part of my routine but it focuses me on the target, not my wrist. (Not always a good thing with sucker pins ;-) )

  21. They are actually Black Widow grips.
  22. Mizuno JPX 850 driver and 3 wood
  23. The Virtual Certainty part of 26-1. There are enough courses with water that is blind from the point of view of the golfer that this rule comes into play a lot.
  24. Two. One in 1976 at Brandywine Bay near Morehead City, NC and one last year at Lake Nona.
  25. Easy solution. Get out your sharpie. Put a big round mark on back of ball. After you hit your tee shot you will see the mark on club face. All legal, no questions asked. (The quicker you wipe off the face after hit the easier it is to get it off )
