  1. The main difference between other products and PING though is that other products are not exclusively custom fit. Every PING club sold is supposed to be custom fitted. If PING didn't enforce prices people would go to a real world retailer, get a fitting, and then order from the cheap place online. By making the price the same everywhere, the sale now comes down to service rather than who will discount the most, or give discounts to certain groups. As has been mentioned PING do actually do a rebate for military. This being the case, things are even more confusing. Why would the shop not just explain about the rebate and let PING cover it? That way the customer gets a discount and the store makes more than by giving there own discount.
  2. Reminded me of this, so I had to post!
  3. Just to add even more to this, not that anyone thinks the site even may be legit. London is one word not 2. 654612 is not a UK postal code as is not even in the right format. WG is not a region of the UK. 44 17722200-111 - This phone number has the UK area code for Preston a town a couple of hundred miles north of London. The phone number is also 1 character too long to be the valid UK format. Also whilst 44 is the dialing code for the UK, 86 is the code for China.
  4. I know some of you really dislike Ian Poulter, but his tweets on twitter are actually quite interesting. A while back, on one of them he actually posted some pictures of his yardage book. Worth looking up if you are interested, I'll see if I can find the link too. *EDIT* Found the link. Here is yardage book and greens book. You can also buy yardage books here .
  5. ...in Argentina? ...for cheating and using his hands? If you're going to make the statement, back it up a bit.
  6. ...or just use Dicks website !
  7. For sure, but Bridgestone don't market the brand. I think I am missing your intended point here? Or was that statement not meant to be related to my post?
  8. Of course, because Nike are not known for their promotion and advertising! Seriously, it's not that suprising is it? Given the size of the Nike marketing machine.
  9. But you'd give it? Does that mean we shouldn't trust you? Of course I am just kidding!
  10. Why did my last post get ignored? It could save us a lot of wasted time and typing!
  11. No! Unless I am mistaken the PGA tour has a dress code, for which shorts do not qualify.

    All Blacks

I'm not sure SA will be too strong, although they might be too cohesive. In terms of talent the Lions are very strong, but these guys don't play with each other all the time so the team unity isn't always there. We will find out tomorrow!
  13. I know its early days but does Andy Murray not count? Ok off topic that one so back on track I agree Nick Deserves it. To the people who suggested he didn't deserve it, interestingly I notice none of them are British, what do you think qualifies someone to deserve a knighthood then?
  14. Just curious, and remember I am a foreigner so excuse my ignorance! What qualifies the sqft as heated? Can you not put electric heaters\oil heaters\a bonfire! in the area and advertise the space as "heated"?
  15. I agree with the above. I would think there is a lot the realtor can do without directly getting in trouble. If someone contacts them about a similar property in an area not as nice as yours, they could easily say "ah, we have something that can be as big as this in a better area" or something similar. With the debt situation, I disagree that switching to a lower interest rate is always best. If the loan is short term the arrangement and early settlement fees can be more significant than the interest accrued.
  16. If you are so confident, why not arrange a game? I'm sure you could take enough bets to cover Wies appearance money, and more if you win. If you lose it could be expensive, but you don't feel thats gonna happen, so no problem. If you don't want to do this, best stop making the claim. Nothing worse than someone making a claim they are not willing to back up. Almost as bad as the losers excuse of mot trying because they weren't playing a worthwhile opponent. If you do want to do this, let me know, I would love to put some money up.
  17. Can you not just advertise as currently x, but with potential to be y. Also can you mention that either you will do this before completion, or it will be something they can do, or give the option?
  18. At the end of my post I was going to write something about Jackson going with his 1 glove to try and get more status at the country club, or something stupid like that, but I held back! Now that you've brought up the subject I have to agree.
  19. NO NO NO! Obviously none of you guys are cyclists. In cycling the hard tan lines from the lyrca are signs of dedication and hours spent training. The same must be applied to golf!
  20. Interesting! Although you claim this is a fact, I will call it a theory. What do you base your theory on?
  21. I've never had any problems with laptop adaptors moving between countries (especially UK at 250V 50Hz & US at 115V 60Hz) , and other devices with built in adaptors designed for this type of input (Blackberry etc). Don't think you guys will have any problems.

    All Blacks

Apparently France made good use of the driving maul? Didn't see the game so can't be sure, is this true? Clever of France because it keeps the All Blacks out of open play, which is where they are strong. I'm watching the Lions game right now. The South Africa test series should be interesting.
  23. I ended up with a Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 1.5. Funny thing is I'd always used mallet style putters up to this point. The other interesting point was that at the fitting I holed pretty much everything with all the putters I tried, but the computer analysis showed the swing wasn't consistent with most of the putters. Obviously I was able to compensate during the fitting, but under pressure I might not have got away with it. DriverTees: Straight back straight through isn't the only way to putt, so not everyone should try and do this. Two more things; perhaps you should check your manners and 'And' cannot be used to start a sentence - bad grammar!
  24. Probably not what you want to hear, but you might be better off switching to a different style of putter. I've recently had a putter fitting with SAM analysis. I had a Spider but it turned out it was far from suitable, so I ended up getitng something else and selling the spider.

    Cheater!!!!!!

Everyone has stated ideas to trick this guy, or what an ass he is etc, but amazingly I haven't seen anyone say just talk to him like a normal person. This is how small problems escalate to a silly level that never needed to happen. Maybe he doesn't realise what he is doing is wrong, maybe he doesn't think it is a problem. Why not just have a normal conversation with him and discuss this. If he still carries on cheating, just decide if its really a problem, and if it is a problem, is it still worth playing with this guy? Only you can answer that not anyone else.
