  1. Honestly, I don't really know how it got there. I know for a fact that it wasn't there this morning. I let him use it because he asked to try it out. I didn't want to be a dick and say no. I figured he'd be a little extra careful since it didn't belong to him. That's what I tend to do when I'm using other people's stuff. So, would a dent or something like that affect the functionality of the driver? I know I seem a little over the top about it, but I just got the dang thing a week ago. We all baby our new items when we first get it.
  2. Nope. I know for a fact that it wasn't there because just this morning, I was cleaning my clubs. He took a couple swings after that, and there were ball marks underneath the head. I stopped watching and continued to hit my wedges while he was trying to hit the ball. It's a little dimple or dent underneath the head..
  3. Went to the range today to practice my chipping. Some friends were there and they never golf. One guy asked to used my Taylor Made R7 which I got last week and I said sure. Big mistake. After one, full forced swing, he managed to hit the head into the ground. WTF. Of course, I was a little ticked but I thought nothing more of it. Later, I looked at my driver and saw a dent or dimple on the bottom of the head. Is there any way a golf shop could fix this? I'm pretty anal about keeping my equipment clean and in good shape. I guess some people have no respect for other people's property. Sorry, just had to rant.
  4. Maybe 6"???
  5. I have to agree with sonicblue. I love every aspect of this game, mentally and physically.
  6. I voted classic because they're, well, classier looking. :P
  7. My R7 460 (not draw) has 2 moveable weights.
  8. Big Bertha 96's for me. They're on the older side, but they serve me well.
  9. Yep, they're both brand spankin new.
  10. I just bought a Taylor Made R7 460cc driver from a guy locally for $125. Is that a good deal? I took it out for the first time today at the range and I must say, it's an awesome driver. Anyway, he was also trying to sell me the Monza Corza putter also from TM. He said he'd let it go for $80. Deal or no deal? I've read some reviews and I got a lot of mixed responses.
  11. Meh. I'm gonna keep my 1st gen iPhone. To be honest, I'm not too impressed with the 3g iPhone.
  12. hahaha! "..as not to disrupt the DNA"
  13. I never heard those stories mentioned in this thread. Simply incredible.
  14. I need to get my clubs fitted as well. Hopefully that'll make my game a bit better.
