  1. I may be mistaken, but I believe Birdieman was referring to his above post, not the golf simulator:
  2. I don't care for the divider system as my grips seem to snag each other when I try to pull a club out. Other than that, I really love my Xtra-lite bag. Doesn't hurt that the Costco's in my area have them for about $85.
  3. TinCup is right, but here is the link: http://www.golfsmith.com/cm/display_...lp_cm_services **Prices vary by location.
  4. In the past 3 months: Titleist AP1 Irons -- Had them for about a month and I love everything about them so far. Vokey Wedges -- Found the gap wedge in the Golfsmith pre-owned rack for $60.. but there was nary a scratch on it. Actually, the sales clerk who rang me up asked me if I was sure it was in the used section, and then asked if I saw any more... great deal. Woods -- Should be here in about a week, can't wait! Putter -- Traded in my Nike IC, liked it, and actually really liked the color, but I never was happy with how it felt. Love the new one so far! And, by the way, their 90/90 guarentee makes spending a little extra Golfsmith well worth it!
  5. 1) Finish off the last of my debts (just paid off my car this month btw, woohoo!!) 2) Marry my girl. 3) Build my dream house (not super crazy big, but just perfect). 4) Put about 20k in my car. 5) Buy a Ferrari 360 Spyder, retire at 24... 6) Travel for a couple years, and play lots of golf for the next 50 years. Oh, forgot to mention: invest enough of it to live off the interest comfortably until I die. And set my parents up for the remainder of their years.
  6. I guess that pretty much answers that question. I played it for the Wii the first year, and the controls were terrible... So, I was going to ask if this year's version for Wii is supposed to be any better...
  7. I'm heading out tomorrow.. and debating what to take with me. I think I've narrowed it down to either a TTT Trinidad, or Montecristo Series IV. What do you think?
  8. Wow, those are nice.
  9. I have not tried the Graycliff, but looks like I may need to check them out. In the defense of Cohiba, there's just always something about them that I've loved, from the combination of the heaviness to the spiciness... anwyay it was the first cigar that I really loved , so maybe that's it. I'm not a fan of flavored cigars either, but I did try a Java and I wasn't disapointed.
  10. Good to see so many cigar aficianados here. The one thing I like best about cigars is that your tastes are constantly changing and evolving. Haven't smoked a lot the past year or so... but I am really into La Gloria Cubana wavells --natural wrapper -- right now. Used to spend a lot of time with maduros (CAO Maduro is still a great cigar), but really liking naturals right now. Here's a little challenge to you guys: you have one last cigar for the rest of your life, what would it be? Mine: Cohiba (Red Dot), robusto.
  11. All I have to say is: "Better than most!" One of the most unbelievable/amazing things I've ever seen.
  12. http://www.ci.manteca.ca.us/golf/ Not bad for a Muni course, but I'm too new to golf to complain!
  13. Hey guys and gals, I'm new to the forum and new to golf in general, played for about two years more off than on, only got serious about 3 months ago and addicted! I work for a major mattress retailer on the west coast. Have a lot of down time which is good for reading about golf!
