  1. off the driver is what im more concerned about. wedges are ok. for instance, i played with a nike power long, built for distance, today, and it gave me decent spin with the wedges. a foot or two were all the ball needed to stop.
  2. ok i went to the pro shop after calling them, he misguided me. turns out he had nike one black, not tour d and bridgestone b330 s not e6. what to do now? how do these two balls fare?
  3. losing golf balls. oh wait. =P
  4. thank u all very much for the response. will try the e6 nike one tour D and srixon trispeed. as they are available in sleeves as well. then i'll get back to u with my decision. =D thanks again.
  5. is the d for distance? as in nike one tour distance?
  6. i tried the prov1x. didnt click. i dunno why. nike one tour sounds good. will give it atry. thanks mate.
  7. okay, ive decided thata my current balls, prov1 and the penta give too much spin off the driver. and im not that good of a ball hitter to make them spin back 12 feet with the wedges and irons. having said that, i stop them on the green pretty well but the odd lost one puts a bad taste in my mouth., ive been hearing a lot of good things about bridgestone and srixon. so basically can u recommend a ball that is cheaper, and spins similarly on the green from 100 yards in. and not as much off the driver?
  8. for me , its my pw. despite the wide sole, i love the way i can choke down on the shot and hit down and through the ball with it. did that with my lynx irons which were blades, everytime was like an orgasm.
  9. rapture are more forgiving as they have the widest sole. i think. G15 are apparantly a better option as workability and forgiveness is concerned. dont know how they compare to g5.
  10. i felt the exact opposite. for me the ball would not go high at all. or maybe something's wrong with the swing. =D
  11. bingo. with the wide sole, as far as im concerned i cant seem to hit that spinning shot where the club bites the ball and goes throught the turf particularly well. as far as my sand wedge is concerned, whether its the blade style look, or its narrow sole, i can hit a larger variety and more spin on mu shots. just my two cents.
  12. Try the ping line. G5's for under 400.
  13. if they dont allow u to hit without tees to protect their turf, then thats just stupid. even pros when they hit irons off tees, they stil take divots, they dont just hit it clean off the tee.
  14. +1 K.J.choi and Lee Westwood.
  15. looks like a knockdown to me, thats probably why u get the low ball flight. try loosening ure arms a bit, they look very very stiff to me and widen the stance a bit as mentioned above, also try an complete ure follow through, a short follow throgh will result in a push sometimes as ive learned.
  16. http://seasonsofdiscontent.files.wor...ickelson21.jpg no chance. =P
  17. he does have a thing for those tight shirts. the occasional apparent nipples cause me to change the channel.
  18. sticks are nice. Netherlands have to do well this year. im praying for spain and them .
  19. its very different from all the hard metal people listen to these days , me included. but i thought i'd post these two songs for starters. im not trying to get u all hooked onto it, but u might. give it a listen. its a mix of Sufi, pushto and folk music in pakistan and afghanistan.

    Cart girls?

LMFAO more importantly though do they show you the line?
  22. i think the tricep would be used as the arms straighten put durin the downswing dont they?
  23. i think ure holding the club too close to the body and the shaft is almost comepletely vertical. other than that, it looks gud mate. try making a vid where re actually hittin balls. there's a hell lotta difference betweeen practice swings and actual shots. =P
  24. exactly. i hit my stock 9 iron 155. it said 140 on a strong shot.
  25. had a 12 man kitty match with local rivals at their home course. we won. =D i shot 6 over 76. and my partner shot 3 over 73. we also took third place with a 77. and they were tied for third.
