That is a horrible attitude to take on your career. Should mickleson who is undoubtablely one of the most talented players on tour, not want to use his talent to the fullest, and equal or surpasss one of the greaest ever? Would any of the great hall of famers playing against Nicklaus say something like that ? I highly doubt it, they would never have admitted his superiority. Why acknowledge that a competitor is simply better then you and always will be? Sums up the difference between tiger and phil, Tiger would never setlle for being second best, while in this interview Phil clearly already has.

I find it hilarious that he has already admitted defeat to Tiger, he has stopped comapring himself to the best, he doesn't believe he can be better then woods. Thats loser talk right there.

i hate phil mickleson.... everything about him....i cant stand watchin him play.... and i hope i never see his fat ass on tv again... thats about it ... everyone else is good with me cept tiger... bastard only plays like 20 tourneys a year

first thing i thought of when i came into this thread

i was about 8 my grandparents bought me clubs and let me play on the par 2 executive course thats is on the campsite they saty on in the summer... i played all the time! like 4 or 5 rounds a day an been hooked since :P

i just dont think he is very good... he is hit and miss and will have stretches of ridicilous scores both wayz

i was playing with a friedn of mine who had a mulligna on almost every hole. we came to the 15th hole a 125 par 2 over water. he duffs his first shot in the water like expected, and then proceeds to ace it on his re tee.

spin off on the other guyz thread... but what is your favorite tournament to watch during the year if you could only watch one ? for me its the masters for sure.... its the best course to wacth on tv... and having been to augusta it makes it a lot more fun to watch on tv... and its almost always an exctigin back nine

lpga for sure especially with wie in the tournament... any tourney without tiger is a b flight

what course is it at this year? and does it set up good for tiger?

what about when tiger doesnt dominate ... as if often the case when he only wins 25 % of the time... victory is never gaurenteed for him.... and he is often involved in exctiting tournments.... to the people who say he is not fun to watch... was the bridgstone play off boring to you ?

who cares if he is anti social on the golf course ? ... and its been pretty well documented that vijay and tiger dont like each other much... so why would they "exchange pleaseantries" the enitr round ? ... would you be talkative to an oppenent you have to spend an entire round with that you dont like? me personally i would just play golf and ignore him ... an you act like vijay couldnt have talked to him if he wanted to ? its not all tigers fault he aint have a lot of convo :S ... what difference does that really make anwyays ?

i dont think its boring in any way. in fact i enjoy watching golf 1000 X more when tiger is playing and winning, and will almost never watch, except mayeb the majors, if tiger isnt in contention.

ive never bbought a club for myself in my life.... i have a set of golfsmith irons my parsnts bought me a few yearz ago.... an the big red wilson woods.... an thats it... o! an a ping lob wedge someone gave me.... an they all work great
