I hope he's going to be at his golf tournament this weekend, we bought tickets hoping to see him play

I just got one yesterday from Golfsmith's Black Friday sale, whoohoo!! I haven't used it yet, but its charged and ready to go. I was debating between the Sky Caddie 5S and the Golf Buddy Tour, since they're the same price, but the Golf Buddy already comes pre-loaded with all the courses and NO annual membership fee. Is one better than the other? Maybe its just preference perhaps? 50% may like the Sky Caddie better and the other 50% will like the Golf Buddy better............... They also had good stuff on sale as well last night, I got a LW for 50% off :) and my BF got a TaylorMade Burner for a great price and a new LW as well. I think its Titlelist that has the wedges in those cool platinum, silver, etc. plated colors? They look nice :)

I have a driver and a 3w, and I can't even hit my 3w, its my hardest club :( But I do have a 4 &5 hybrid and a 5-PW irons. Instead of using my 5 hybrid, I'll just use my 5 iron. I can't seem to hit very well with the hybrids, but I can hit them better than my 3 wood, LOL.

The jail would be full because there were tons of other people playing today as well

We just got back from playing 4.5 hours of golf on a lovely, 83 degree Thanksgiving day and got a great deal on today's tee time (green fees, cart, and practice balls) can't beat that. Will never play this course again. The front 9 is hard enough, the back 9 is even worse!! I lost 8 golf balls down the cliff and almost got hit AGAIN!!! Sheesh!! There's one par 3 hole that you have to hit it onto the green or it will go down a cliff on 3 sides, and then the mountain is on the 4th. It doesn't seem hard, the course, with a par of 60, oh, but it is!! Nice views of the city, I must say, and it was clear that you could see all the way to the ocean :) And I only par'd 1 hole...I'm getting there, slowly but surely!!

I try to keep my flex in my knee, its more comfortable to me and I have the sensation of "scooping up" if you will :) And on day one, that's what my instructor had me do, so its kind of just natural to me now!

I agree, and Gipper would be sad to be alone if Tony did end up leaving...soooo sad (LOL!!)

Its gotta be the pants. Last week he had on Tennessee orange checkered colored pants LOL. I'm at the Altadena GC every week for my lesson and I've seen him in some crazy stuff. He's been in like black pants with multi-colored polka dots, pretty wild

Happy Thanksgiving as well. I can't believe its tomorrow, this year has gone by way...to...fast...Before you know it, it'll be 2010. We're trying a new golf course tomorrow. Was able to get a special deal

Suprisingly, I was able to get a tee time for my BF and I at Scholl Canyon G.C. We've never been there, its a small executive course with some par 4s, should be a lot of fun. But I was able to get 50% off and the fees include green fees, practice balls, and a cart all for just $13/person. Super cool!! I hear it has a nice view, however...its next to the dump, so we'll have to see. Anyone else playing golf on Thanksgiving? You'd think prices would be higher right, because its a holiday? Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone (to those who celebrate the holiday )

These are the golf balls that I use :) they've worked very well for me!! I use the pink ones

I've worn golf pants twice already, and this was when we were in San Diego playing golf at 6am when it was foggy out and you can see your breath when you breath and the grass was quite wet from the morning dew, it was fun though

We all have bad days, believe me, I have PLENTY of them and I still keep having them :) Try to get to the course early, and just warmup a bit beforehand. Maybe you could even get a refresher course from an instructor, perhaps? It'll come back to you :)
