I have two like new Fujikura Ventus Red 7S (VeloCore) shafts I am looking to sell. They both have only 2 rounds played with them so they are like new. I have one in 42.5" and one in 42". Both have a Ping fairway wood adapter. The Ventus hybrid shaft is 40" (4 hybrid length) like brand new and has a Ping adapter. Feel free to text 850-528-3853 if interested. I used to play a 3 hybrid but I just found it not to be fitting a gap I needed. I was looking for a 220-225 club and my 18 deg 5 wood does the perfect job. I prefer a shorter (42") shaft in the 5 wood so you may want to play around with some shorter shaft lengths in the fairway wood options. Going with a slightly shorter shaft will not cost you any speed.

Your average 7 wood should be about 21 degrees of loft so 26 deg for a 7 wood seems like a lot. You may pick up a little more distance with a fairway wood compared to your hybrid due to the added shaft length but it could be minimal. I would hit them both side by side if you have the chance.

That is a great golf course. Played it, along with its sister course, true blue this past summer.

What length do you play your driver? Most drivers come standard from the shop well over 45" (45.5, 45.75, etc). Mine was fitted right at 45"

I just ordered one of these for a fairway wood. Such a smooth and stable profile. I have a feeling I will be wanting to order another one soon. This new line of Evenflow shafts seems to be a home run.

Good pitching will typically win over good hitting. That being said, There should be some kind of crack down with foreign substances used by some pitchers. I've seen everything from vaseline, sand paper, and files.

I am in Tallahassee also but I was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach. I worked at the Sandestin golf courses through college. Some of the good courses to play would be: Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Sandestin Links and Raven.

I don't have any problem with Bryson. He is different, yes, but he admits he is. I think he means well and from what I have seen he does what he can for the fans when the opportunity presents itself like signing for kids and giving them a club, ball, etc. Greg Norman is old school Cobra. Lexi is a good female ambassador and Rickie is a good fit also. I think Cobra is a good fit for Bryson and he is allowed to have as much input as he wants into new designs which he wants.

Since a traditional 1 iron may be very hard to find I would suggest finding a good 2 iron you like and have it bent or de-lofted to a 1 iron loft.
