  1. Thanks for the reports.
  2. I've always thought too!
  3. Many people say it is overrated, but it's a golf course that you need to play at least once. Top-notch service and very well maintained golf course. Enjoy!
  4. Thistle is your best course, very nice and they have 10 minute tee-times. If Carolina National was in central Myrtle Beach, it would cost more $. I would put Eagle's Nest as your warm up course. River Hills is a good decent course.
  5. I believe TW will win, all I want is a close tournament!!!
  6. Thanks for the great trip report and nice pictures!
  7. Have you considered Myrtle Beach? Lots of courses to choose from for every budget.
  8. Just watched it, they played Caledonia, great course, decent episode.
  9. Thanks for the trip report! Yes, The Gambler is the most popular hole in Myrtle Beach!
  10. If David Faherty would have said what Kelly said, people would have brushed it off.
  11. Those are 2 GREAT courses, top courses in Myrtle Beach. Better bring your "A" game as those are challenging courses. Have fun!
  12. 1. No. 2. No 3. No. DOH!
  13. Are you a single golfer? If so, most golf courses will not allow us to pre-book tee-times for single golfers. I think the drive would be worth it, but driving alone might and looking for a spot to play as a walk-in might not be a relaxing event.
  14. HHmmm if David Faherty said it, it would be funny, it's all in the delivery.
  15. There are really no dog tracks in your list. The better courses in your list would be: Blackmoor, Carolina National, Crow Creek, Prestwick, River Hills, Tradition and The Witch. It also depends where you're staying, if you staying in North Myrtle Beach, you probably don't want to pick courses in the South such as Litchfield. If you would like a quote, just drop us a line.
  16. Thanks ChiChiIsMe! Yes, if you would like some golf package quotes, just let me know your golf trip details.
  17. While Arrowhead is a nice course, there are also some nicer courses such as Caledonia, True Blue, Heritage, King's North, Grande Dunes, TPC, The Dunes, Barefoot, Legends, Tidewater, River's Edge, Oyster Bay, Glen Dornoch and Leopard's Chase.
  18. Masters badges have been sold out for the past 10-15 years I think. The only tickets you can buy are for the practice rounds here: www.masters.org
  19. I think the votes speak for themselves, Myrtle Beach without a doubt
  20. Since your brother is 16 years old, you should really consider playing the Myrtle Beach National courses as they have the Junior Kids Play Free Program at all of their 9 golf courses. have fun.
  21. February and March is good golf weather, but not really good beach weather. If you're looking for beach weather, then wait until May. Plus beginning on May 19th, 2008, the rates are at their lowest. Have fun.
  22. I think that would be Myrtle Beach.
