if your not comfortable reaching in two than dont force it. your better off hitting to a disatance your comfortable. especially as a relatively new golfer. youll score much more consistent and better scores that way. getting on a par 5 in 3 is never a bad thing.

i think one of the biggest things is understanding your strengths and weaknesses. everyones game is different and what might help one person score lower might be different for someone else. theres always the standard ideas out there but knowing and understanding your game and playing to your strengths is key. -
i just bought a nike sv tour 52 degree. havent had a chance to hit it yet but with nice weather coming this week i am planning to get on the course for the first time this year. my dad has 3 pure spin wedges in his bag and absolutely loves them.

Ive heard the Bridgestone e6 recommended several times. Ill have to give them a try. I like the HX balls by Calloway too. They are just under $30. Nike Karma II balls are on sale at TGW right now for $12.88. Thats a great deal. -
