  1. please stick to the topic at hand and don't hijack, HHHHHHH, great comment so so true
  2. but then again no one swings like the person doing the review either my thinking is with a robotic swing test, u r able to have more controlled variables, thus giving a more accurate comparision of different club brands, say head to head comparsion of a driver btween, ping, TM calloway, titleist,etc...
  3. just wondering, we always see reviews, of new clubs that come out from like golf digest,etc.., y is it that we never see a controlled test of these clubs from these magazines. meaning like a robotic swing test, where the swing speed is constant, club face (open, closed, square) , etc... i think that way we get a more accurate review of clubs on distance, forgiveness. if there already is a site that does this, come someone post a link to thks.
  4. save up a little more & get a sun mountain 3.5 is the way to got
  5. score si 100 putts fw
  6. 1. been working on spine angle, too much movement up or down relative to address position 2. grip pressure, tendency to grip too tight
  7. so i guess its better to get fitted b4 a series of lesson ???? due to a change in swing pattern from to the fitted clubs
  8. thanks for the feedback, i'm hoping to get fitted hopefully in the next couple weeks
  9. folks several questions 1. those that got fitted irons, how much of improvement did u have in yur game after the fitted clubs? 2. were the improvements in line with what u expected, above or below ? 3. are u still playin with those fitted clubs ? 4. if not, did u get fitted again, and were there any changes compared to the first fitted clubs specs ?
  10. in a lesson i was giving this simple phrase, "tight goes right", the harder u attempt to swing, the tighter the grip, the more right the ball goes
  11. goals are 1. keeping putting total for a round less than 36 2. shots inside 100, tighter to the hole 3. chip in a shot 4. make more putts from 6-9 foot
  12. i agree with what harmonious say about par 3 if available, if not whn u r on the range take the approach if u were playing a round, tee up a 3w and hit it, then hit 6 iron, then hit a wedge then next hole approach, go 5w, 5iron, 9iron, sw so forth and so on u get the idea, just mix it up, but treat it like a round, so mully, u hit fat tee shot, dont tee up again
  13. i would say for me it would b shots inside 100 (chipping, pitching, putting), since those incorporate alot feel into it
  14. i took about a 8-9 year hiatus, started playin again just about 2 months ago, been taking lessons the past few weeks, and i must say my ball striking has improved quite a bit from 2 moths ago, in fact i am striking the ball the best that i have ever struck it. my approach is alot different this go around, like when i practice on the range, in the pass i would pretty much bash away on the range, now, i spend mayb 15-20 minutes on range tops, 30-45 on the putting green/ chipping green and even with that 15-20 minutes, on the range now, its about the quality of the shot, not quantity, i focus on the things i learned from the lesson (spine angle, tension in grip, alignment,etc....) i find that i get alot more productivity now from my practice with this approach, so the lessons have helped me a ton
