You can still order brand new G5s. Two weeks ago i went to my local retailer, was fit, and ordered a brand new set of G5s. $449 3-pw. I got a 2 iron and a uw as well.

grew up on a country club with a golf addict father and grandfather. I watched a lot of golf, started playing at 5...though you would never guess by seeing me play now...of course i loved Nicklaus...despite the fact that he went to that know nothing clown college. Loved Steve Yzerman of the wings...hes not a degenerate. Bo Schembechler...he wasnt a degenerate. Now Eldridge...hes a degenerate.

We seem to have a lot Eldridge fanboys here. How many of you honestly have a picture of him in your bedroom with scented candles and oils? I dont want him on the ryder cup because he currently is bad at golf. Really? Check your stats...original 6 team...production line...3rd most cups of all time...yea...flash in the pan.

I dont hate Tiger Woods...or any other athleats for that matter. Im so sick of this crap in the media, on the boards, in the club house. Poor Tiger...he looks so bad, hes so frustrated, hes deflated...Screw him. How do you think his children will feel when they find out that their father cared so little for them that he would be willing to stick his putter in a bee hive if he didnt think he would get stung. I give you a ton of credit for finishing the round. So many would simply walk off or start hitting mulligans. You play like a winner.

My cap is 8 strokes lower than yours and i freely admit that i usually have no idea where my drives are going...very un-cool. After working at a private c.c and a muni...i have seen what happens when a person takes a golf ball to the mind...not pretty and deadly even. Ive also seen what happens when a smart @$$ gets an opportunity for dental work because the person being hit into didnt have the same sense of humor over the situation. You really need to handle this better next time. Be a good example...there are enough jerks playing this game as it is. A good story for you. I was working at a muni as a ranger. A high schooler hits into a group of 4 seniors in carts. They shake it off. Happens again next tee box. One of the old timers goes back to voice his displeasure when mr. tough guy high school starts getting lippy. The old guy took his bag and threw it into the pond. Lesson learned. I laughed my butt off. You should have seen the kids face when i told him i wasnt going in to get his bag. Didnt boot the old guys either.

19th hole. Learn to drink like a man. You can use this to celebrate or drown your sorrows. Also can get opponent in trouble with spouse. Seriously though its important to enjoy your self...and its safer than crack or glue sniffing.

People like you are far worse to deal with. You are on a golf forum for Gods sake...YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TO HIT INTO SOMEONE!!! How about informing a ranger...talking to them about it...calling the clubhouse...anything other than hitting into someone.

I started walking around 8 years old. Had a pull cart at that age. Learned to enjoy it. Grew up on a country club and played alone or with friends most of the time as i got older. They wouldn't let me take a cart untill i was 18. By that time...i didnt want to! It truly is a better game when walked.

To get back on topic...my ping G5 irons are not made in the U.S. I just purchased them new last week after being fit and they do not say U.S.A anywhere on the club. It appears that all ping irons are now cast over seas and assembled here. They did ship from Az. though. I thought it was kind of funny that i could still buy new G5s. I was very happy though as these are my favorite irons of the G series.

My goal here is not to pick a fight so please dont take this as rude. This is the last i will say on this topic. I have had the opportunity to travel to many countries in my lifetime. I will say that America is probably the most tolerant of the minority that i have seen. To such a degree in fact that our legislative body seem to cater to the minority in a lot of respects. I see this first hand as i am a minority in many respects and have had many opportunity's to succeed as an American. I have seen in my lifetime poor U.S foreign policy, great foreign policy, and more importantly i have also seen a very generous nation both financially and militarily. We are not a perfect nation, but i do believe we strive to be, and i do believe we are a great and strong nation as a result. I view the American ideal as freedom. Personal freedom, religious freedom, and the absolute right to the pursuit of happiness. I will not apologize for my view of the American ideal. That is what i meant when i said righteousness. As far as being compared to the Nam vet in The Big Lebowski...League play smokey!!! LEAGUE PLAY!!!

I culled my 3 wood in favor of a 18 degree hybrid. I loose 10 yards but gain much much much more consistency.

I have never met any Navy seals, but am a lodge member with a retired SAS member. He says Seals are the best of the best. I cannot argue though i dont know his reasons.
