  1. I recently ordered a dozen to try and was wondering if anyone else has played the Clear golf ball. I've been playing the OnCore Elixir for the past 3 years and was looking to give something else a try. Have played the Maxfli Tour balls in the past and liked them but stuck with OnCore
  2. Not sure they ever left the driver game
  3. That's interesting as I haven't had that issue. Which clubs do you have? I have the 699 newer model with the JB wedges
  4. Anyone on here SUB 70 clubs? I bought mine after a fitting with them a year ago and have really been consistent with my irons this year.
  5. That 67 might be a once in a lifetime round for me. I'm sure I'll find some other things to post about
  6. When I received my DF 2.1 I was able to putt around in my basement for a day or 2 and then everything felt great on the golf course. No 3 putts, lag putting was fantastic and made a few from 20 feet. Hoping that stays around and right now it's a keeper. Just feels comfortable and my son has started calling me the "Old Man with the Frying pan"
  7. I'm sure like many frustrating. Play good one day and the next not sure why you do this. It has been fun and the last year or 2 have been able to play a lot with one of my sons, can't beat that. The frustrating thing was right before it turned cold was playing some of my best golf ever, shot my 1st round under par, 67 and now with the LAB putter hoping to hole more putts.
  8. Probably used the wrong word when I said manipulate. Always nice to hear other people's comments on topics. Hopefully once the greens speed up my feeling will be the same as I'm selling most of my putters. Merry Christmas everyone
  9. I've read through a lot of the responses concerning LAB putters and realize many of you on this forum discount the no Torque that LAB is famous for. I recently purchased a DF2.1 and like most people who first see it that say "no way I would use something looks like that". I was one of those until I started doing the research watching many videos of more people with more golf knowledge than me and all you saw was good comments about how easy it is to use. I've only been able to use for a couple of rounds before the cold set in but will say that those were 2 of my best putting rounds this year. 3-10 footers felt almost automatic as long as my read was correct. The more I read about this putter the more sense it made in that you don't have to worry about manipulating your stroke to keep it square, you just grip the putter lightly and let the putter keep the stroke square. The only thing to blame on a missed putt now is my read and speed. Give one a try I don't think you will be disappointed.

  11. Just a quick thank you for letting me join this group of golfers and their opinions. Always looking for way to improve and willing to debate many things golf related. Looking forward to sharing ideas on equipment and places to play
