I played 36 holes over the weekend and shot a 94 and 98. Im ready to give up the game, or go take more lessons. :(

Im playing Ping i3-Oversize and I bought them new. Not to jack the thread but do I need to look at getting new irons?

Thats one of my current goals. To shoot my age on 9 holes (36). I may take a while to get there though.

For me its my Callaway X Hybrid 21* It just happens to get lots of use as well.

Im 6'2" and most of the guys i play with always ask why Im not longer off the tee as tall as I am. :(

I play by myself quite often. I can get away after dinner and the kids are taken care of. Its so relaxing to play a quick 9, ipod playing, enjoying the night.

I have this issue as well, and I've found its all mental and stress. Im fully relaxed on the range, and then tighten up on the #1 tee box. Its been something I've been working on, trying to relax before I get to hole 3. I think this is a common issue with most high handicappers. -
