I am having some serious mental issues on the putting surface.  I have a very solid repeating putting stroke but lately when I have a short putt that would be a great par save or for birdie I am freezing and I can't pull the trigger.  These situations are only in "pressure" situations for me.  For example, I had a 4 foot birdie putt, after lagging my eagle putt from 40 feet, on the 18th hole to shoot even par 72 yesterday.  It was a straight forward putt right center putt and when I got over the ball to putt I just froze for about 5 seconds before I could start my backswing.  I made the putt but I need to know what I can do to get rid of this mental block when I have some pressure on me.  I normally play very fast, even on the greens, so this is a huge issue for me because I normally don't give myself enough time to over think things.  Any and all suggestions welcome.
