  1. I myself now also use a Burner. My shaft is the stiff shaft of the RE-AX shaft. I myself launch ball quite high too, switch my taylormade tp red which advertise to promote lower ball flight and wa la, i got my prefer ballflight. Not quite sure is right or wrong but so far the result isn't bad.
  2. i like golf digest the best. The articles and stuff there is much more helpful.
  3. i went for project x 5.5. No choice, it the stock shaft.
  4. I somehow managed to try the srixon a333, feel wise isn't bad, putting quite consistent. Got 4 par in a row all through long putt so decided to go with this ball for now.
  5. both are good driver. for me, i prefer the ft-5 but than again it is all about personal choice.
  6. Hi all, recently more or less settle for Cobra Carbon CB. But shaft wise it is a True Temper - Dynamic Gold S300. Anyone use this shaft? How is it? Anyway, how stiff is their s300? Thanks. You guys has been a great help.
  7. For me, I think Cobra driver are underrated. They are one great piece of equipment. Forgiving yet solid.
  8. Hi there, there is not a really good place to buy golf club. In Singapore, everything is quite expensive so not really worth it to buy it here. If not, I won't not have decide to have import it from the state. After delivery fee, it still much cheaper than Singapore price. ---------------------------------------------------- Anw, to all thanks alot for your help. Have decided to get a Cobra Carbon CB. Tried it in Singapore before and seem to be a solid club for me. Not a player irons but not a super game improvement iron oso. Middle club so it should be good.
  9. Hi, recently I saw a Ping S59 Pro Stiff set on sales. Price wise not bad. Heard from many, Ping produce good iron. So though it could be a good club. Any view or comment on it?
  10. Hi all, finally I have reach the day where I can upgrade my trusty old half-self cavity back iron. I have use it for 3 years and perhaps it time to get a full set. I have no idea what iron to get. Anyone have recommendation on iron for my handicap (16.4)? Will want to work hard to lower my handicap, so the iron must be suitable for the next 3 years at least. I am not very rich person. Thanks.
  11. For me 3 wood is the way to go. Me not consistent with a long hybrid club, 3 wood easier to launch on both fairway and tee, at least for me.
  12. my main goal for this year is to win any prize in a inter-school golf tournament.
  13. I found one funny problem about this program. It take quite awhile for the scorecard enter in to be registered in the individual courses. For the all courses, it is instant but for filtering of individual courses it seem to take for quite awhile. In the screenshot, even though i have 2 score card entered into the system already but i seem to unable to view the second scorecard I have entered under the individual golf course. (sorry for the poor english btw, not quite sure how to explain.) Screenshot Links: http://i29.tinypic.com/2qcp0l0.jpg http://i25.tinypic.com/2ic1wr8.jpg
  14. For my driver swing, I try to swing like Bubba Watson, did I few modification and seem to be helping my driver to be more consistent. Iron wise, I always like how Ernie Els does his swing, simple yet effective.
