And why do you say we have inflated egos? Show me something that causes you to say that please...

First of all, I am a Memphis fan but I have to disagree with you here. How about last year when Mr. Joey Dorsey called out Greg Oden saying, "He's no Joey Dorsey". Then he goes 1-3 from the field and gets 2 rebounds while Oden scores 16 or so. (Not sure on the actual number Oden had). He got cocky and couldn't produce.

Yeah, but if you are a Memphis fan, you also know that Dorsey is actually just a little nutty at times. And I mean that literally. He has actually hid under tables in the locker room to avoid reporters (last year during the NCAA tournament).

I'm not saying that you aren't right about him getting high on himself sometimes... I'm just saying you kind of have to take everything he does with the understanding that he might not be thinking at the time he does/says it. But I think after he said it, even Dorsey knew bad-mouthing Oden was a bad idea. When asked about it even Calipari responded, "Joey called him out?! What did he say?!" Calipari even went on to say that, "I actually think Dorsey knows he's about to play the best big man in the country and is excited about it." Everyone slips-up and says stupid things sometimes, but coach C is usually pretty good about making his players act appropriately... and if they don't he is quick to give them a dose of act-right

    • I think you're saying it's preposterous to think that the areas on this club are anything like what's shown here: 30mm toward the toe or heel loses only 5% distance? Highly, highly doubtful. So a guy who hits the ball there and normally hits the ball about 250… will hit it instead about 238. By missing the sweet spot by about 1.2 inches? Highly, highly doubtful. Heck, the high heel barely gets into the red, and orange is only "up to" 10%!
    • Day 151 1-11 flow work today. I've been doing all pause work, so Inwanted to get some rhythm going. Recorded.
    • a) No b) This MLR says: I doubt the MLR is going to affect their weekly league games, in other words.
    • So the question was posed today by some of my friends.  Is a pitch mark the same as a divot?  I thought NO, but they argued if your ball lands in another player's divot (made by club during a swing) this was the same as a pitch mark, i.e. the ball mark made when the ball lands
    • Original definition use to or still is how far offline you hit it. It might be better to think of it as consistency in retaining favorable launch conditions to optimize distance.   That heat map showed a gigantic 0-3% loss in ball speed. That is absurd. The true 100% sweet spot is tiny for all clubs. Good luck telling the difference if the sweet spot is under 3% in a sizable area. Especially considering variation in launch angle, spin, and outdoor weather.
