I went to a golf show about a week ago and had an opportunity to try out some new clubs, mostly irons, but i did try a nike sasquach sumo and some cobra driver. Both were so much more solid than my driver especially on mishits. I planned to get a new driver this year so what do you think.
Used Callaway Ft-5, New Cleveland Hibore XL, New R7 460 or 425 are what i have thought of. They also fit my budget (I'm a kid) of 200 (USD).
Any thoughts?

Personally, I would go for the R7 460 out of those, but the FT-5 has gotten good reviews also. I personally can;t stand the sound of Callaway drivers, but that is something you can get used to.

In my opinion, TaylorMade makes the best driver heads of all the companies; great playability/workability/forgiveness, great looks, great sound. I would say it's a toss-up between TaylorMade and Callaway in terms of drivers. It comes down to preference. But if you ask me, I would say go for the R7 460.

Hey listen to this. I went to the pittsburgh golf show and demoed everything. The best driver to me was the superquad and the cobra speed ld...The cobra speed ld series was only 120 bucks brand new at the pittsburgh show....If you really want to bomb it the cobra speed ld series is the best drivers out there and you can get new ones for dirt cheap

"People think the size of the head is most important. Wrong. It's getting a quality shaft. test different shafts to see which goes the straightest. Also, more degrees of loft on the head is better than less. Eleven degrees is about right."
