Driver Distance Doesn’t Add Up

I’ve been having trouble with the distance on my drives. Yes, all of my clubs are fitted. I hit my 3-hybrid roughly 200-215 off of the tee most of the time, but my average shot with my driver only goes about 220-230 and more often than not goes closer to 200 yards. Sometimes (not very often) I’ll catch the ball solid and it’ll go 270+. I’m hitting the ball pretty close to the center of the face, I am more heel biased on my driver strikes and I predominantly hit a fade. I play a Titleist 917 D set to 9.5 degrees, turned down 1 degree and set to draw. I get plenty of height on my drives (not pop ups), but they don’t travel on a true piercing ball flight. I also don’t get much roll on my drives. I know it’s sort of a blind shot, but does anyone have any ideas on things I could try or any stories about going through similar issues? I practice often and average in the high 70’s.
