G.R.I.P. Wedge Reviews

In my ever lasting quest to find affordable wedges without breaking the bank, I came across GRIP golf and read a couple of reviews on their clubs. Does anyone have information on them or have ever used them before? I'm in the market for a 52, 56, and 60 degree wedge but i dont want to overspend on all three. Thanks...

I hate to do this cus I am kinda pissed at golfworks for doing this but you can go to their site golfworks.com pick a head shaft and grip total the cost and they will put it together for 10bucks. As a club builder I think it kinda screws us when dealing with people but the M series wedges are sweet. forged and great feel. I use the Blacks wich are 24 bucks for the head I use True Temper Dynamic Gold S300 shafts(about 10 bucks) and golf pride tour velvet grips 2.80 so your looking at 37 bucks for the parts 47 bucks for the wedge assembled, its a steal.

Kind of bringing this thread back from its death but I just ordered some this week and they should be here day after tomorrow. If this snow will go away I will let you know how they are. I got all 3 of them (52, 56, 60 deg) for 60 bucks shipped new on ebay... They are linksman branded but they are sister companies now, so same thing :)

Maltby's New release "Tricept" wedges to be released in March. Also Snake Eyes has a nice looking one out the 685BX.
