I recently saw the Chevy commercial about an elderly person with Dementia and something called “Reminiscence Therapy”  First, I did tear up. Second, I had never heard of this before and initially thought it just a commercial but apparently it is a real thing.

It is a horrible disease and can hurt more people than just the person with the disease. 

It makes me think, what memories would help me? Should I attempt to write them down or create a DVR/MP3 in hopes it offers some help?
