I'm watching the BMW Pro Am on the Golf Channel. They are showing a gentleman named Butch Lumpkin. Butch has no arms and carries a 9HC. He hits the ball really well and had no trouble getting out of the sand.

Is there a golfer or story that inspires you?

My dad bringing home golf trophies when I was a kid made me want to play when I was younger. Tiger Woods winning his third US Am. made me interested in Golf enough to pick it back up again.

He has limbs that would end just above your biceps. He has what appears to be two fingers: a pinky and ring finger. He holds the club across his chest and in between his pinky and ring finger. His swing is absolutely perfect.

You know that exercise where people hold the club across their chest and turn? Well, that's how he swings the club. Truly amazing to watch.

Anyone else find this to be poor use of wording. haha jk

Thats pretty amazing. I'm surprised they havent like engineered arms that u can swing a golf club with.
