I currently have the RAC OS2's and used to have Tommy Armour 845's...I was hitting really good with my older irons(Big problem is that my 845 is in really bad condition)...Is it smart to just purchase a used CB semi-blade looking irons or just stick with the OS2?I think the problem Im having right now is that I find my new irons a bit too big compared to my older 845's...

Have you thought of just getting your older irons refurbished? This might be cheaper than actually purchasing new irons and you'll have peace of mind.

I did think about it but it will come out more expensive than buying a used set..I ended up buy9ing a used set of TM RAC Progressive set at Golfsmith,I tried it there and it felt really good to hit and easier for me to address to the ball..We'll see what happens now...

I'm not sure if it will fit your bill, but I was searching around on eBay the other day for some Cleveland TA3's, and you can find some great deals on those clubs. I'm not positive it will have the look you're going for or the CB feel you want, but you should try them out and see if it fits the bill. They're great clubs for sure, but it's always best to try things on your own because there isn't a single set of irons out there that is just right for every golfer.
