Question about Aldila shaft flex

Today I found out I lost my SW (probably yesterday at the last hole). Since nobody returned it to the clubhouse I guess I'm in the market for a new SW
I'm very much interested in the Titleist Vokey SM60.14
Because I can't stand steel shafts (sorry, nobody's perfect ) I want one with a graphite shaft. Looking at the custom options I think the Aldila VS Proto-T 75 is the right one for me. However, when you look at their website you can choose between 3 flexes: A, R and S. Does anyone know the what the difference is between these flexes?

Not sure what the "A" flex means. r-regular,s-stiff
I think you might want to go a bit heavier though in your shaft. 75g is pretty light for a wedge

A flex is generally Amateur (if I'm not mistaken it's the exact same thing as Senior flex some manufacturers offer)

Yeah, I know, but I really like light clubs. My gap wedge is a CG12 with a steel true temper shaft I it's too heavy and too stiff for me. I'll probably going to replace the shaft with a graphite one also.
