Hey guys, can anyone recommend a reputable and decently priced shop to get irons reshafted in southern cali? I currently have project x 6.0 shafts and would like to change to DG S300's.

I've been quoted a price of $30/iron from callaway, but thought that was a little steep.

thanks.

I dont know your neck of the woods, but check to see if you have an Edwin Watts or Golfsmith anywhere near you. They do pretty good work.

How much does Golfsmith charge for reshafting a club? I have a broken 5 iron from my Ping Eye 2 set that I'd like to fix. I think if I send it back to Ping it costs like $40-50. Will Golfsmith option be cheaper?

slow night in the club lets me read this forum... damn I'm such a loser.. anyway Golfsmith has a lifetime club repair option.
I think it's like $90 and you're guaranteed for service on your grips and shafts for free (all you have to do is pay for the shaft or grips). So if you're paying $2.99 a grip and then $9 a shaft, it basically pays for itself after the 1st year.
I don't know if they still have this, but I did it last year. I regripped, reshafted all my clubs & then did it again this year when I switched driver & 3 wood shafts.
