      Did something happen around the end of August? Your index was tracking down and then “bounced” upward through the balance of the season. Besides, a buddy of mine once told me, “There is nothing good about a low handicap.” Once I started playing net events, I understood what he was saying. The good news is you can play all winter and figure out the problem. I just sit on the couch and watch the snow fall. 😉
