Nike Tour Accuracy

I haven't been able to post this since my computer had a major meltdown... But, here I go.

I found a Nike Tour Accuracy last round, their first tour quality golf ball, and I was pretty suprised. I expected it to be level with mid quality balls(Ignite, NXT's, etc.) but it performed much like a Pro V1.

Comin off the driver, it's pretty hot. Not super soft, but you can feel it compressing. Decent length, too. Put up there with the longer balls I have played.
I hit my approach with a 6 iron, my normal 155 plus a 6-7 mph breeze. Took a normal swing, and it went 157 (thanks, SkyCaddie for the measurement). When I got to the green, the ball mark was a foot in front of the ball. It's a spinner. Probably too much for a wedge, but too much is better than not enough. Again, not super soft, but good feel.


All in all, it is an extremely good ball. The only bad thing is that they aren't made anymore.

You can find these balls on ebay. I have four dozen and agree with you. These balls are really, really good with irons and roll nicely on putts.

FWIW, Nike is coming out with four new balls, three of them in the ONE series and one that is an upgrade over the Nike Juice. It's supposed to spin a little more. This might interest you if you can't find the TW Accuracy on ebay.

I've used the Nike Tour Accuracy 2 Spin balls. I'm not sure if they are the balls that you are generally talking about, but they aren't to bad.
