Visit to the Good ol' Golf Store

Well I gathered up all my Christmas money and headed over to my local golf shop to buy myself some new irons that I have been waiting for months to purchase. I 've had my eye on the Cobra Carbon CB irons for a long time and I was expecting to buy those. Well I hit those, the Titleist 695 MB's and the Mizzy Mp-60. The Cobras are great clubs. Pretty forgiving and long, not much sting on miss hits. The Titleists are a whole different story. Very harsh feeling and they defenately let you know that you miss hit it. The last irons I hit were the Mizuno MP-60's. WOW! Very buttery feeling and very easy to hit. I made my choice and I chose the Mizzy's. I was expecting to pay $850 for them, but since im a long time customer, the manager sold them to me for $599. He also threw in a free Ogio Vaporlite bag . What a great visit to the store haha.

I have fallenin love with Mizuno irons. I have yet to own a set, but my next set will be Mizuno I'm pretty sure. The last 2 sets I've bought have come down to the clubs I purchased or Mizuno, I'm not sure why I didn't buy them, but that will change at next purchase.

That sounds like a great deal on those. I spend a lot of time at local golf store (and have spent a LOT of money over the years) and I don't think they would give me the time for a discount.

i love mizuno irons, right now im between the 62's and the titleist ap2's. oth are great clubs.

I'm really contemplating a set of MP-62's right now, though the 52's would be a better fit for my game I'm not sure I can get over the look at address in the long irons.

i got the mp 57s as a 14th b-day present this year. They really worked a whole lot better than my oold armour 845s. I have px shafts in them. what did yours come with? i know that the px's have a higher launch than other steel shafts, and they feel better than any other shafts. Do they all come like that, or was my set different? The buttery fell when you hit them right just blew me away when i first tryed them out. It was way better then anyhting i had ever had before then. I fell in love with them after doming them for a week, and i was lucky enough that my dad likes me enough to spend that kind of money on my birthday.( it was the only thing i got) i am very please and they have helped me lower my handicap to below a 5. You made the right choice there. Happy golfing

I got mine with the dynamic gold s300. I really like the ball flight on those shafts. I wanted project x's but they werent in stock.
