Well, after some discussion about the lack of a quality (and non-dictatorial) golf-related message board, Erik has taken it upon himself to create a place where all Internet-using golfers can come together. I'm proud to say that I was at least a tiny piece of the decision-making process.

Who am I? My name is Aaron. I am 25 years old, married with one 19-month old daughter and a baby boy due in March 2005, and enlisted in the United States Navy. My passion for golf only surfaced earlier this year and I still do not know exactly how it came to be. I do know, though, that I am happy when playing (despite my horrible driving stance and slice) and happy when I am blogging about golf. That is how I came to meet Erik, through The Sand Trap .

I've only played a few times, but I watch golf (both pro and amateur) quite a bit. I am actively pursuing the bettering of my game and look forward to discussing my favorite topics with all of you... my newest friends. This place is gonna be a blast. It is what we make it, after all.
