Sting Golf Clubs?

Does anyone out there know anything about Sting golf clubs? I can't find any information on-line. My Dad gave me a set of these a few years ago. They're pretty cool looking clubs. The irons are copper cavity backs (not over-sized) with graphite shafts (2-PW). There are also three metal woods (1,3 and 5), but these have steel shafts (isn't that backwards?) I'm not a good enough golfer to know if this is a decent set of clubs. I do OK (i.e. I have fun, but shoot terribly!) The only information on the clubs themselves is "Sting Golf Co.", "Made in USA, California" and "Flex Impact". I think my Dad got them in the mid-nineties (he doesn't remember where). I'd guess the clubs were made anytime between 1980 and 1995. Anyone have any info? Just curious. Thanks!

I have never heard of them. Have you tried looking at Diamondtour.com? They sell clone clubs. They may be a clone to other clubs. As long as they play well, I don't worry about the name.
