I was wondering what are the other options of iron hybrids like the mizuno pm fli hi.

if you like the mizuno mp fli hi, there are a few options. check out a callaway i-brid that you may be able to find loose instead of as a set. i believe tour edge makes a bazooka model thats much like the fli hi. the best place to check is at your local shop in the used section, i picked up a mizuno mp fli hi for $25 in the loose irons section.

Callaway has a superexpensive tour authentic x-forged iron hybrid. I believe the company "fourteen" also makes iron hybrids. Then, there is the Titleist 503.H

You've got the Titleist route with one of their older hybrids (503), an older Cleveland LDI, or a Tour Edge Exotics Iron-Wood. There are certainly more options, but these are the only ones I could think of.

In my Ogio Ozone Bag:
TM Superquad 9.5* UST Proforce 77g Stiff
15* Sonartec SS-2.5 (Pershing stiff)
19* TM Burner (stock stiff)

Also there was the Ping G2 HL I think it was called? Basically an extra wide soled G2. Any of the SGI irons would do the same trick almost, I think.

I've been thinking about these as well. It seems the ones I like the look of the most is the Fli-Hi II and Titleiset 503H (both about 4 years old). Between the two, which do you guys think are more forgiving and which has a higher ball flight, given the same shaft and loft?

I haven't hit any except the MP Fli-Hi. I thought it was very forgiving and a very solid club. I get a very nice penetrating and pretty high ball flight with it.

Bridgestone used to make a really thick-soled long iron. There's a 2-iron at the local golf shop shafted with an Aldila NV-100S. Feels great. Easy to hit. Couldn't find anything about it one their website, however, so I doubt it's still in production.

Good luck finding one. Anyway, the bazooka tour hybrid is really good.

In my stand bag:
909D3 with 10.5 degrees of loft and a 45 inch Fujikura Rombax 6Z08, x-flex
909F3 15* with a stock Diamana Blue

X-forged ('07), 3-PW with Project X 6.0 CG12, 53/11, and 58* with DSG Red X2, 33"All with Lamkin Crossline Full Cord. (except the putter of...
