I remember hitting it in a simulator no too long ago, but that particular store threw it out. I think it was a Titleist 983, but at this point I'm willing to see any steel shafted driver. I just feel so much more confident because the shaft feels so stable. What stores do you know that usually have some?

P.S - NOT EBAY

Callaway preowned has a ton of those 983Ks (only 2 983Es though) in graphite shaft all in the $33-36 range. Reshafting to steel should be relatively inexpensive as well. I would think labor would be more than the shaft itself.

Reshafting is probably your best option. You can usually pick up some older drivers cheap. I had my Callaway GBB II 415 reshafted with a 43.5" TT Dynalite steel shaft. The original driver was $30(I think) and reshafting was $40 total. Believe me when I say, money well spent.

In my  Warbird Hot stand bag:
nike.gif Dymo2 Str8 fit 10.5 or  HiBore XLS 10.5,  Steelhead Plus 3 and 5 woods,

 NP2 3H,  DCI 990 4-PW,  Forged + 54/12,  RAC 58/8,

Classic #1,  NXT Tour or  Burner TP
