TM TourBurner- any feedback?

After a year and half with my driver, i decided to replace it. It was a good driver but my issue with it is the loft, while it does say 10.5* its actual is 13.5* and hence my problem of distance and roll.

TM went on sale here and I decided to pull the trigger on an 08 TM TourBurner with a 10.5 deg loft (the difference in loft can be seen when you put it side by side with my old driver).

I was able to hit this club about a couple of months ago and loved the feel, but thats my only experience with it. I never had TM drivers before so the usual "what if made the wrong purchase?" feeling. I'm taking her to the range soon to get a feel but I'd like to get your opinion on the driver, particularly from actual users.

It's a great club but why would you purchase a club without a "playability" guarantee? Here we have a Roger Dunn that will give you full credit for whatever you return within 90 days. At one point I had gone from a Callaway driver to Taylor Made to Titleist within four months.

Thanks for the feedback on the TB. The only ones with that kind of a deal here are AdamsGolf Drivers, haven't seen that on TMs sold here.
