Day 51: mirror work tonight. Focused mostly on backswing, trying to make sure I’m not too steep. -

Day 15, 1/15. A dozen balls, about twenty minutes, 6-iron, indoors, off a mat, into the net, with real balls. My focus today was making sure my swings were slow and I stopped the backswing where I'm trying to. -

Launch angle is avg 28.6 and the spin rate avg 8425 but I was using range balls. All were the same quality and brand. And I was using normalizer.
