I just took a survey that asked me this:

What is your opinion of Titanium technology in golf balls? [ ] It works [ ] It may work [ ] It does not work [ ] I don't know enough to form an opinion [ ] I am unfamiliar with titanium golf balls

Now, most metals in golf balls are used in the core to get the weight right (i.e. rubber + some other material = the proper weight, with the rubber mostly being responsible for the compression, and the metal to help get the weight right). Most golf balls have titanium in them, but it's in the paint, as titanium is a key component of white paint.

So what the heck kind of question is this, and how do you answer it? Seriously?

I assume from a "technology" standpoint and what you say that it assists in getting the weight right that..it works..is there a space/room to expand on your answer?
