I thought he was back to the blade putter but he has the Tour #9 today. Also can't tell what woods he is using.

Phill is using a FT-9 tour series driver and Diablo 3 wood and a proto type Hybrid he helped design with callaway.

Phil uses 2 different putters. one of them is the #9 style, and the other is more blade-like (an 8802 style). he uses them for different types of greens.

That's the beauty of having Butch Harmon in the commentary booth - he gave a good insight into how Phil was feeling for the first 2 rounds with the putter.

He brings the 2 putters everywhere and has won with both of them (has he won a major with this one - the one in round 3?)

And he holes a great putt for par on the first!
