First big tournament in a while

Just finished up playing in the Lexington City Golf Championship this past week. I've always wanted to play, just never got around to it. It's a really interesting event in that it's played over four days at four different city golf courses. A cut is made after 36 holes.

This was my first big tournament since high school and the nerves were a little shaky each day on the first four or five holes, but it was a fun time and I'll probably do it again next year.

The eventual winner was a 16 year old Junior to be with a final score of -11 for the week. WOW! Kid's got a bright future in golf.

Anyone else have a city tournament in your area like this?

How'd you do?

Second day really hurt me. +7 for the tournament (73, 78, 74, 70. All par 72's.) Finished tied for the 13th best total score of 295. I'll take it for how nervous I was to start each day.
