Looking for a new driver and have some questions about loft

So I have been building a new set of clubs and have gotten everything from a putter to 3H. So now I am looking to get a driver and 3 wood. My question is on the driver.

I used to play a Big Bertha II 9* with a Aldila NV 65 Stiff shaft and now I'm playing the TM R5 9.5* with the same shaft. My swing speed is consistently in the 110mph range and when I do hit it straight, my drives are around 300. My trajectory is typically high and when I miss, it's a slice and not a hook.

My question here is whether or not I would benefit from a lower lofted shaft or would I need a stronger shaft or what? I'd like to get as much info as possible before buying the driver.

Go to a store with a driving range and try out their demo clubs. That's the best way to tell.
