I bought a used Taylor Made R7 465. I'm guessing that the movable weights are more gimmicky than real, and I am aware that my mechanics are way more important. Since I am new to this club, I am trying to make sure that I am not chasing from the beginning. What were the original weight amounts and locations (2 positions here, I've got a 2g and 14g, can't remember their positions)?

In my Craz-E-Lite bag:

Driver: R7 465 driver 10.5*
Fairway: R7 3W, 5W
Irons: Zing 2 3-9, PW, SWWedge: X-forged 56*Putter: Monza Corza Ball: Various

to help with a slice put the heavy weight on the inside, if you want to help to stop a hook put the heavy weight on the outside.

In my bag:

some golf clubs

a few golf balls

a bag of tee's some already broken the rest soon to be

a snickers wrapper (if you have seen me play, you would know you are not going anywhere for a while)

and an empty bottle of water

Thanks - are 2g and 14g the original weight amounts? Is there any benefit to trying different amounts?
