Do you need to replace wedge shafts more often?

What is the concensus on if you need to replace the shafts on your wedges more often, as they tend to get used more and probably have a little more torque put on them than your other clubs.

I'm sending in a couple Vokeys after this season to get re-grooved and rechromed (in satin) and noticed they offer new shafts as an option in a bundled option with re-chrome, new shaft, grip, re-paintfill, and re-groove for $54 a club.

I was thinking about some new spin-mills, but I love the look of the satin in the older model and can refurb these puppies for 1/2 the price.
