I am planning on buying a new club to fill in the gap between my 3 wood and my 3 iron. I am not sure whether to buy a 5 wood or a two hybrid. The model i will choose is either the 18.5 Titleist 909F2 or the 19 degree 909 H. Which club is better in which situation? I know that hybrids are supposed to help on trouble shots so wouldn't it be better to buy the hybrid to use out of deep rough since i would struggle getting enough height on the 3 iron (the rough is about 20 cm high at my home golf club)??
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Well i have the Taylor made 19* 3 iron hybrid and they are more reliable than the fairway wood of bad lies and if the rough if 20 cm long don't you just hit it and hope for the best
