I watch the TGC a lot. About half the time, if I go home for lunch, I find myself, like a zombie, eating my sandwich and being sucked in to the latest TGC info-mercial. I have never bought in to the Wedges, the Speed Stick, the Swing Setter, etc (although I did buy the Medicus). However, and I don't know why (subliminal messages?), I keep finding myself interested in the Q Link. I am not a New Ager, a Hippie, or a Tree Hugger. I normally do not buy into wholistic alternatives for medicine, crystals, etc. Having said that, I an VERY intrigued w/ the Q Link. I was just wondering if anyone out there has ever tried one or knows someone who has. Stress really effects my game. If I have had a bad day at the office or gotten into it w/ my wife before I am of to the club, I play like crap. This is supposed to eliminate stresses w/ a magnet? Sounds questionable, but many Senior players subscribe to the magnetic bracelet, so who knows. Anyway, any thoughts or reviews would at least help w/ my curiosity.

I'd suggest giving the Trion Z a try for 19.99. I've worn one for the past couple of months, and I believe it helps. Takes care of nagging little aches and pains, keeps me focused. More than likely it's a placebo effect, but it's definitely less of an investment than the Q Link.

I wore a Sabona magnetic bracelet for several years. I got it as a gift and hoped it might help my arthritis. I agree about the placebo effect. I stopped wearing it about a month ago because the clasp started opening up on its own. I seriously cannot tell any difference in the arthritis now, so I am assuming that it did not help anything. It did, however, look great on my arm and made me easily identifiable as a golfer even when I was away from the course...

I have a Q-Link that I picked up at the PGA Merchandise Show this year. I wore it for a month or so and couldn't really tell much of a difference. It is supposed to help tune the electromagentic field around your body, especially around computers and cell phones, so I'm not sure how it's supposed to help on the golf course. I could never get anyone from the company to give me much of an explanation about how it works. I know there are several yards of copper wire and a microchip in it, but doing what I couldn't tell you.

That said, I do still wear it to play golf about half the time. Even if it's the placebo effect, I figure it can't hurt.
