I'm heading to Vegas in January and was wondering if anyone knows of some good tournaments to play in. I'm looking for tournaments that cost anywhere between $50 to $300 to buy in.

Also, can you bet on golf in Vegas? (I'm sure you can, you can bet on anything) Just wondering how it works. Can you bet on a player to make top 3, 10, or 25?

I'm a try not to play poker, poker player. I was playing full time at The Commerce Casino a few years back. That didn't work out too well. I'll go back every once in a while, but I try my hardest not to. There's also couple really jumpin home games I know about. Four games a week going. Again, I try to stay away...

      PGA Tour Makes Sweeping Changes Starting in 2028

      Interesting changes. The idea of relegation and promotion have always been there in a different form (getting and losing your card etc and qualifying for bigger events) but it looks like they want to define it better for top tier events. The Tour has always had A and B level events (and even lower). It will be interesting what they choose as the Challenger Series events and whether some tournaments go to the Challenger Series that used to be prestigious. Not sure how the networks will take to this knowing they have “Challenger” Series events defined that way now. Also, I’m not happy that John Henry and Theo Epstein are involved. Look what Henry has done to the Red Sox.

      I have been debating getting a launch monitor of some sort, if only so I can re-figure my shot zones (I haven't actually mapped them in years) and also to practice distance wedges at home.  I have to see if this works with either my current setup, or what my setup would be if I move it to the garage.
